Red Top or SST Tube: Centrifuge and aliquot serum within 2 hours of collection. Blue Top Tube: Centrifuge Blue top for 10 minutes, remove plasma and re-spin plasma for another 10 minutes. Decant and Freeze plasma (minimum 0.8 mL) at -20°C to -80°C. Send Frozen on dry ice. |
